It's the kind of madness that, if pursued relentlessly, could easily tip a country into complete political chaos
The Conservatives Know this is a massive issue - their actions have been willful and deliberate

Insanity. But we need to have joined up thinking of how we fund an aging population without overcrowding the country further.

So he's pretty much saying we have had 2 billion immigrants in 5 years. Doesn't sound plausible to me

We don't need breeding programs - the population of western cultures will adjust to crowding levels for cultural specific reasons

Leaving aside Oracs view on immigration, which he is perfectly entitled to hold and express, could others explain what their concerns are with immigration.
Shall we start with those here to study. Can we ignore for now any “fake” institutions and the issue of student dependents (we can come back to them) and just focus on genuine students at genuine institutions.
What do you see as the disadvantages of the current level of student immigration?

We can expect lots of tap-dancing here - this is tantamount to asking why a homeowner has any objection to people wandering through his house. Any answer you give is going to be deemed 'insufficient'

Removing those two, not much apart from limiting spaces for English students, but I think we have more graduates than jobs for them anyway. Almost every applicant we have for a job has a degree so they are much devalued these days.

Packed roads, journey times, crowded old towns etc.

There was a telling moment in the Brexit referendum when Cameron was asked by an audience member how much his 'deal' would reduce immigration - he couldn't answer and had to admit he didn't know. The reason being he (and by extension all the senior Tories) didn't care. Large scale immigration undermines the wages and quality of services for us ordinary folk while rewarding business owners aka the mainstay of Tory funds. It stinks but Labour don't come out of this well either. It's enabled them to deliver the social services they want to get the glory for at much lower short term cost while they woefully disregard the medium and long term impacts as that will be someone else's problem.
