Why wouldn't it be wrong to collectively punish millions of people for the actions of a few? MAybe you forgot the majority of Russians support Putin. Anyway it's about finding the net least harm route and banning a country from international sport is hardly grievous punishment. |

Maccabi Tel Aviv fans: - chanted "kill the arabs" - chanted "there are no schools in Gaza, because all the children are dead" - ripped down Palestinian flags - disrupted the minute silence for the Valencia flood victims - with fireworks There is widely available film of Maccabi fans chanting anti Arab slogans, attacking Dutch people and attacking residential homes. |

Russians are human beings and are not responsible for what is happening in Ukraine but EUFA has banned all Russian clubs from playing European games, in fact any international competition. My post though, is about the lies western media are telling us about what actually happened in Amsterdam by saying it was an anti semitic attack against Jews. This only serves to dilute true ant semitism and puts Jewish people around the world in unnecessary danger. Are you really saying that no Amsterdam muslims conspired in advance to attack Macabi supporters merely for being Israeli citizens? What is true that the maker of one video at least is seeking apologies from news outlets that described his video as Dutch people attacking Jews when in fact it is the reverse. Given the lies that Israel has concocted both during and prior to this match would you believe anything they say? |
