I have already explained this. Taking the mickey out of anything outside the forum members has to be allowed or we stop all comedy. However once some people on that forum migrated here that changed things and we agreed to delete the thread. Its not perfect but its the best I could do. 


Well that’s your opinion but facts and events tell a different story,people have arrived here who despise what our society stands for and in some cases are bent on jihad which contradicts any claim of innocence.
The security services have said they are monitoring many such people but are finding it difficult because of the numbers and that they disappear in to the millions that already inhabit this country so unless you believe them right wing fascists it rather  disputes your claim of innocence and that’s my opinion.
I didn’t say they did and you are entirely missing the point I’m trying to make.

Finally and these are just some observations the owners of both forums (and I make no judgement here on either or how they operate) have gone to the trouble of heading up a forum they are subject to others who think they know better on how they should be run but if things go awry it’s they who take the fall (it has happened I’ve seen it) which prompts the question if you think it’s easy go set up one and find out.

Also as a mod you may well find yourself in the position where you please no one sadly goes with the job.

Finally  I come on forums to express my opinions try to be as polite as I can,sometimes use humour and in my mid seventies aren’t bothered if someone dislikes what I post because I view my time as limited it is just my style and don’t consider myself better than any other for it.

Anyway if you choose to bin this post fine I won’t take a contract out on you (that’s the humour bit)

No. I was adding to Monte's post. You keep hitting out at the mods, but we all speak regularly (all the original members) via PM and they all agree with my methods and want this forum not to go the way of the others with their "free speech" which came to mean gangs of trolls taking down anyone they didn't like with storms of petty abuse. 
I love your input here, but you must learn to leave out the personal stuff, its not how this forum works.

Yes I did. Dan and I go back a long way and I have enjoyed many intelligent conversations with him. But I am also aware he was a signed up member of Storm Front before it got closed down. A genuine Nazi if you will. 
But similar to Orac. I have very different views but enjoy testing his ideas. 
No Monte is not a mod on here. He's an advisor. I am the only Mod apart from Orac who owns the site. 

As for reporting. stuff I might miss. My preferred method is a quiet PM, this allows me to delete small parts of posts without destroying threads and often goes unnoticed as much nasty comment is of the moment and later forgotten. Please feel free to pm me.
