How bad does Trump have to fuck up to prevent the family running the Republican party for the next 20 years? Ivanka, Don Jnr, Eric and even Barron could lead the party over the next two decades. The low IQ US electorate tend to vote a lot by name recognition. The Roosevelts, Kennedys, Bushes, Clintons have all had multiple members of their families going into politics.

Average IQ here is within the margin for error of the British one BTW mine is absolutely average - 100-110 (but must surely be -60,000 min in reality)

However... fortune.com/2024/11/05/did-joe-biden-drop-out-presidential-race-2024/Mine's around 140 but IQ tests are unreliable.

They may have meant did he drop out or was he forced out and wanted more context
A big point was on whether Dems forced him out or he left of his own volition
People here overall seem very intelligent

I read your words as Low IQ voters tend to vote by names, Rather than average IQ's in America are low.

They were looking for evidence that the Democrats are as corrupt as the conspiracy theorists claim. In the end no matter how absurd it seems to many of us, the American people wanted Trump to be president by some margin.

Ivanka has distanced herself from his policies and antic and there's no evidence his sons have his energy or ability to appeal to the less principled half of US society More worrying is his boast that if people voted for him this year then he'd fix it so they never have to vote for him again. example link He could be trying to do a Breznev.

If people are Googling to see who the candidates are on election day they are either low IQ or wilfully ignorant. So given the choice between someone called Kamala Harris who they've never heard of or that person from The Apprentice they take the latter. This is how dynasties are born.

That was before Trump got away with Jan 6th and everything else. She was right up there beside him when he was giving his victory speech. Look, no one is more anti-Trump than me but that is not what he meant. He was boasting that if he got a second term he'd fix everything and make America great again so they wouldn't need him to run again.

IMO that's because a lot of people here seem to be throwing their toys out of the pram because the election didn't go the way they wanted...not a good look (I didn't want him to win either). I don't think it's absurd at all. There are lots of good reasons why it went the way it did it just seems some people don't want to accept it and blaming the intelligence of the electorate is the height of pomposity. Perhaps people should check their confirmation bias.

Of course he was forced out. He refused to go of his own volition but his time was up. He was simply a liability.

This is how dynasties are made.

I looked at this claim a while back. He was talking to a group of religious ultra conservatives who don't normally vote. He told them, vote me in and I'll change the laws you need so you need never vote again. Obviously it was misused to imply he meant he'd usurp democracy. Lots of these misleading stories actually strengthened Trumps position that the press and government were corrupt.

I wouldn't be so relaxed about it. If he rolls out that Project 2025 then free elections might not be possible.
He has said he won't but he's less than a man whose word you can trust.
