Yep and mostly just a TLDR ramble. Nobody's is backing Robert's overlong and controversial posts so I'm just going to ignore them now.

Read the convention. Illegally displacing an ethnic group is a form of genocide. he wont read the convention, he onlyaccepts whet he reads on Israeli controlled sites and their proxies. For the reader's convenience I repeat my answer to contributor "vinny's" post: I assume the contributor refers to the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949: There is no evidence of any breach of the Convention, as: Israel is not in any proper or reasonable status of "Illegal-occupation", the policies of the U.N. being politically-biased, unjust, and incompatible with International law - namely the Oslo Accords. Further, in any event no one has been transferred out of the territory in question. As to evidence therefore, the contributor provides: No detail, no objective-sources; zero evidence. Robert

There is only one rule of thumb when it comes to who's entitled to land or which people have a right to live somewhere, and that is not by way of ancestoral right. If that was the case then white Europeans should get out of North America and Australasia.
The fact is that in that region, there has always been both Jews and Muslims, and they have moved around from area to area, and the regions where Jews and Arabs have lived have moved and shifted like the sands.
Since the Middle Ages, and for most of the time even before Christ, the occupied territories have MOSTLY been settled by Palestinians / Arabs / Muslims, and not Jewish people.
The very idea that Israel somehow has the right to expel all Palestinians from Palestine because the land was at some point in ancient history Jewish, is quite frankly ridiculous.
Two state solution - OR - no end to the conflict, and its as simple as that
