The U.N. Secretary General's reaction to the October 7th, 2023 massacre of Israelis was to read a speech that sounded like it had been written for him by Hamas, in which he claimed the massacre had not happened in a vacuum.

The U.N. and its structures have for many years had a built-in pro Palestinian Arab bias. The Palestinian Arabs start-off in U.N. votes by enjoying a block-vote in their favour of up to 56 Arab and additional Islamic-aligned countries (e.g. U.N. member states that are also members of the “Organization of Islamic Cooperation” and follow its policies when voting in the U.N.), and influence of Arab oil money with consequential trading power; compared to Israel's one vote.

What would you consider to be genocide then?

Indiscriminate killing of civilians, aid workers and journalists?

Destruction of the health care system including the detention, torture and murder of doctors and nurses?

IDF soldiers posting videos of their crimes on social media?

They are not the Palestinians any more than the NSDAP were "Germany". They're a shitty bunch of fascists who got rid of democracy and kept Palestinians oppressed in order to justify their constant warring.

In order to prove "genocide", intention must be proved. Israel issues warnings to civilians requesting them to leave the intended target area. This is inconsistent with "intention".

How to immediately end the alleged Israeli Illegal-occupation of its ancestral-land

The falsehood purporting an Israeli illegal-occupation of any part the Jewish ancestral-homeland, comes from the anti-Semitic policies of the United Nations, and which therefore the U.N. should repeal forthwith.

An example of a different U.N. anti-Semitic policy subsequently repealed, was the U.N.'s falsehood that Zionism (Jewish nationalism) was form of racism:

Once the U.N. have repealed their illegal and illogical falsehood purporting an Israeli illegal-occupation, the U.N. should offer an apology to the Jewish people for all the years of the U.N.'s suffocating anti-Semitic trumped-up charge.

Accepted international constitutional law is that Laws must not be passed that are intrinsically-unjust that persecute a minority, as are the U.N. decisions against Israel, which falsely-validate the unverifiable-claims of the “Palestinian” Arabs.
An example of unjust-laws were the Nuremberg Laws of Nazi Germany which persecuted the Jews.

Such U.N. policies are illegal, being in conflict with the international treaty signed by the Israelis and “Palestinian” Arabs - the Oslo Accords which also constitute international law. The Palestinian Arabs are in breach of the Oslo Accords because they: Claim ALL the land, continue terrorism, fire rockets at Israeli cities, and carry out massacre.

There has never been any indigenous “Palestine” / Arab sovereign state in the land of Israel upon which the “Palestinian” Arabs could base any claim to any part of Israel.

Israel is Re-established within the Jewish ancestral-homeland.
To see that modern Israel is Re-established within the Jewish ancestral-homeland the reader need only consult a map of the post-Biblical Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom, which included:
Judah and Samaria (which became known since 1948 as the "West Bank" due to Jordanian illegal-occupation);
and also included Gaza, and the Golan Heights,
