Maybe, it was your tortured syntax that confused me.
This is tortured syntax? OK It isn't terribly clear, but I had this sort of thing more in mind: I after reading pondered why a judge would order that comment removed which I thought someone who had suffered the way she has a reasonable request to make,

It couldn’t be any clearer and so you then switch to this Which didn’t reference why her statement wasn’t allowed but questioned why. I find that you are using this failure to understand shifting blame and more than a little insulting

Of course I don't. I'm just trying to establish whether or not you agree there should be limits to free speech. Your avoidance of the question leads me to think that you don't think there should be. Then of course there are limits my worries are regards how people not involved directly in rioting or trying to burn down buildings are facing exemplary sentences for saying stupid things, Lucy Connolly for one and a Ricky Jones for another should at worst face suspended sentences. There's that and pronouncements from politicians. Found it, thanks. You think incitement to cut throats should receive a suspended sentence 'at worst'?

There was probably no intention to incite others to cut throats or burn immigrants in hotels.
The problem is, I suppose, how one separates real intent to incite from reckless use of words.

That may be true. However, it's beside the point for our purposes. Wapentake appears to have said that people who do have that intention should receive only a suspended sentence 'at worst'. If he wasn't discussing people who are actually guilty of these things, he wouldn't have mentioned a prison sentence at all.

Ricky Jones said: 'We need to cut their throats and get rid of them'. It would be interesting to hear a proper explanation of why this kind of thing is deserving only of a suspended sentence 'at worst'.

I am guessing that someone may believe that the offence of encouraging violent disorder is committed in the same way as, say, stirring up racial hatred and not understand that it is a defence to claim the accused had not intended or expected the allegedly encouraged offence to be committed.
But we'll have to wait for Wapentake.

Please keep up,in the case of the woman the judge says she faces a custodial sentence,in the case of the man he (in fact both are) remanded in custody. Its been made clear by Starmer and cooper that people are going to prison for involvement in this. So you see I’m not discussing who is guilty or innocent in fact Jones has pleaded not guilty but perhaps in your world it’s guilty till proved innocent. So I only mention prison sentences because this administration have said that’s what will happen,is that clear enough for you?
