We do not have the room to take in everyone who wants to live here. Being too hospitable is killing people. Boat people are a fraction of those who arrive on visas. Letting people drown is not the solution. We are not Greece. The odious little shit weasel got caught saying that we should let them drown and then desperately tried to back peddle. He wasn’t selling anything Yea he sarcastically posted "oh well it's pissing it down here today.." before linking to a story of a 7 year old girl drowning along with her family in the channel. A lot of others hold the same sentiments on there. My friend from another place said migrant kids should be mown down from helos with guns at the US border. It's a very normal sentiment these days, to want to murder children I'm afraid. Historically, it's quite normal to want to rape/kill/murder everyone in any given society, because humans are vicious, wild animals It's incredibly common these days to hear people saying to nuke Gaza and get it over with |

Do they? What have they over regulated? Scotland does require air gun owners to have a licence or go to prison, even a 2ft lb BB gun requires a licence, and plinking is not allowed as a reason for ownership. BB guns aren't allowed at ranges (ball bearings ricochet too much) so they've been effectively banned whilst crossbows capable of piercing bulletproof vests can be owned without a licence. See how daft that is? And some crossbows have magazines for rapid second shots. It's illegal to hunt with a crossbow in the UK. Unless a member of a club there's little use for one. Air guns are a lot more practical for shooting at home due to far lower power. And your concerns are correct Vinny though the three murdered aren’t confirmed to have been killed by crossbow they aren’t naming the suspect or that he is possession of a crossbow for no reason imo. link |

Surely now a proper ban on crossbows will be brought in. It's pretty much inevitable. There's no argument for the status quo. Some crossbows have enough power to pierce bulletproof vests. And it's not legal to hunt with them. |
