Hard to find out what was actually invented in the last 20 years as opposed to came to market in the last 20 years.
But I'll go with live traffic information using mobile phones (as per Tom Tom and Google Map navigation) which I'm pretty sure qualifies

On a personal level, e readers (hundreds of books on a single, small tablet - what's not to like?!), smartphones, and the selfie stick that incorporates a little tripod in the handle (use it for my Insta' almost daily).
Professionally, hi-def digital filmmaking (it's already hard to remember the miseries of shooting on film. Although I'm going to get a reminder next year - our Pilot episode and Season Finale are being made by a director who insists on old-school tech'. Even down to a veto on digital FX..), and video meetings (without which I'd currently NEVER be off airlines).
(I have no idea if any of these things fit into a "last 20 years" time frame..)

Even though Youngest Son did very nicely out of Bitcoin (entirely by accident!), I still wouldn't dream of investing in it (and neither would he - which tells me something..). Too volatile, too much hype, and utterly intangible. I'd rather put my money in tulip bulbs or the South Seas Company.

Properly working and useful gps in cars.
Anyone who tried to read an AA atlas while navigating a one way system with their other hand will recall the experience

Very arguable and if you've ever tried to get something patented you'll find that 'prior art' coverd all sorts of overlapping things.

CRISPR. Is mine. (Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)
I have often thought about writing a dictionary of inventions, each with 3 entries. 1, First ever seen 2, recognisable version 3, 60% of people owning or having access to.
Glass. (Man made)

I tried inventing a ballistic resistant non Newtonian gel, only to find several inventors including universities and big arms companies have beaten me to it.
I made an extremely viscous gel as a test to see if the concept has anything to it, and it does, but it would need a lot of development and others are way ahead of me.

Is this for your job or just an idea of your own you worked on?
